Our philosophy
The goal isn't to blindly replace humans. Monarch OS automates what the business decides to automate, and keeps human validation for the actions the business wants to keep under its control.
Every type of action has a risk level. The simplest actions run automatically. Actions that commit the business (answering a customer, following up with a lead) are, depending on your setting, either automatic or subject to your approval before being sent. The most sensitive actions always require your agreement, without exception.
Configurable autonomy
For actions whose risk level allows it, you choose whether your employee acts alone or submits its proposal to you first. This setting can be changed at any time from the dashboard, action by action.
Human validation
Any proposal awaiting your approval appears in a single validation queue: you see the exact text before it's sent, and can approve it as-is, edit it, or reject it. A correction made at this step stays recorded to help the employee improve.
History and traceability
Every action proposed, approved, rejected, or executed by an AI employee is logged in an activity feed you can review from the dashboard — who did what, and when.
Memory and company knowledge
Your employees rely on a knowledge base specific to your business (hours, pricing, policies, facts) that you feed directly, or that they propose to enrich themselves from what they observe — never published without your confirmation.
Collaboration between employees
AI employees work together on the same case: Adam hands off a detected sales opportunity to Sophia, Sophia hands off a ready deal to Noah to organize the work, and Julia keeps an overview of their activity.
Available connectors
Gmail (receiving and sending real replies) can be connected today. Google Calendar and Google Contacts feed your employees' initial learning. WhatsApp Business is in preparation and will roll out progressively. Every connection is made with the permissions you grant, and can be removed at any time.
