A first, simple version of the documentation, organized by topic. It will grow over time — see the FAQ for one-off questions.
Getting started
Creating your account
Signup starts with choosing a subscription, then creating your account and your business's account. A 14-day free trial starts immediately, a card is required but no charge occurs before the trial ends.
Setting up your business
A guided flow, led by Julia, asks a few questions about your business and offers to analyze your website if you have one — this lets your AI employees start with an initial knowledge base.
Understanding your dashboard
The dashboard brings together your AI employees, the validation queue, your connectors, your billing, and Julia's daily summary.
Understanding the AI team
Adam (Communication), Sophia (Sales), Noah (Operations), and Julia (Coordination) — see the About page for each role's detail.
Adam
Introducing Adam
Adam handles your customers' communication and requests, based on the knowledge base and rules you give him.
Customer communication
Adam replies to incoming messages on connected channels (Gmail today, WhatsApp Business once activated), relying on what he knows about your business.
Autonomy and validation
Depending on your setting, a reply from Adam is sent automatically or waits in the queue for your approval before being sent.
Escalating to a human
When Adam isn't sure of the right answer, he hands the conversation off to a human rather than guessing.
Sophia
Leads
Sophia tracks your leads and keeps their history and stage in the pipeline.
Qualification
Sophia qualifies every lead based on observed facts, never a made-up score.
Follow-ups
Sophia prepares and, depending on your setting, sends follow-ups at the right time.
Approval before sending
As with Adam, you choose whether Sophia sends on her own or submits her proposal to you first.
Noah
Tasks
Noah turns a request or a deal into a task assigned to the right person, with a priority and a due date.
Organizing operations
Noah receives cases handed off by Adam (escalation) and Sophia (ready deal) to organize the resulting work.
Tracking work
Tasks created by Noah are viewable from the dashboard, with their status.
Julia
Owner's view
Julia offers an overview of your business's activity, designed for an owner who doesn't have time to track everything in detail.
Overseeing the AI team
Julia keeps track of Adam's, Sophia's, and Noah's activity to build her summaries.
Conversations with Julia
You can talk directly with Julia from the dashboard; what you tell her enriches your business's knowledge base.
Understanding her summaries
Julia flags what deserves your attention — never an anxiety-inducing alert, always phrased as something she's passing along to you.
Connectors
Gmail / Google
Connect Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts from the Connectors page in the dashboard, through Google's official authorization.
WhatsApp Business
In preparation: connecting your WhatsApp Business number from your own Meta Business Manager will roll out progressively.
Connecting/disconnecting
Every connector can be removed at any time from the Connectors page, with no justification needed.
What to do when a connector expires
An expired or revoked connector is shown as such on the Connectors page. Reconnect it in one click to resume service.
Governance
Autonomy levels
Every type of action has a risk level: automatic, configurable (automatic or approval-required), or always subject to approval.
Validation queue
Every pending proposal appears in a single queue where you can approve it, edit it, or reject it.
History / audit
Every action is logged: who proposed it, who approved or rejected it, and when.
Escalations
When an employee hands a situation off to a human, it appears as an escalation, with the reason for the handoff.
Billing
Subscriptions
Three tiers (MOS Plus, MOS Pro, MOS Elite) — see the Pricing page for current details.
Monarch Credits
A monthly allowance that measures your AI employees' real usage, never exposed as an anxiety-inducing counter.
Changing tiers
An upgrade takes effect immediately; a downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period.
Cancellation
Self-service from the dashboard, with no justification needed.
Security and privacy
Organization isolation
Each client business's data is technically isolated from every other business's — see the Security page.
Data handling
Your connector tokens are encrypted at rest; your bank details never pass through Monarch OS.
Privacy Policy
Full detail on data collected and your rights is available on the Privacy Policy page.
Terms
Terms of use and sale are available on the Terms page.
